NASCAR has a longstanding history of celebrating the military community and showing appreciation for veterans, active-duty service members and military families. We also partner with organizations whose mission it is to serve the needs of veterans and service members, including those making the transition from active duty to professional lives outside of the military.  

NASCAR is a proud partner of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program. This program is designed to connect transitioning service members with positions. By participating in this program, you will build in-demand skills to help support your successful transition to a civilian career.

This program takes place during the service members’ last 6 months of military service. It enables them to receive full pay and benefits from the DoD, while gaining new skills and experience in the civilian workforce.

NASCAR has partnered with American Corporate Partners (ACP), a leading nonprofit dedicated to providing one-on-one career mentoring to transitioning service members. 

Through this partnership, NASCAR employees serve as peer mentors for veterans that have joined the civilian workforce, lending their on-the-job expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, legal, strategy and other core business practices.
