In addition to medical insurance, employees enjoy an evolving wellness program that offers benefits year round. NASCAR believes in preparing employees for retirement as well as taking time off now to celebrate and enjoy family and friends.

Health Coverage

NASCAR offers a comprehensive and cost-effective healthcare program for employees and their families including: 

Medical 

  • Two High-Deductible Medical Plans through Aetna to fit different lifestyles and family needs. 

  • Employees may cover their legal spouse and eligible legal dependents on their health insurance. 

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions (prorated based on hire date). 

Dental  

  • Two Aetna PPO dental plans available: Standard and Premium. Both plans cover two routine cleanings per year at 100%. 

Vision 

  • Broad vision coverage provided through EyeMed, offering two plan options: Standard and Premium. Both plans include routine eye exams covered at 100%. 

RETIREMENT SAVINGS

NASCAR 401(k) Plan

  • Employees can contribute up to 75% of their salary to a 401(k) retirement account through Charles Schwab.  

  • NASCAR provides a 100% match on the first 4% of an eligible employee’s 401(k) contributions after completing one year of service and 1,000 hours worked (no vesting schedule).  

  • A wide range of investment options is available through Charles Schwab.

  • Employees receive robust financial planning support, including: 

    • One-on-one consultations 
    • Educational webinars 
    • Access to an online financial resource library 
 

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

Vacation

  • 30 days through 5 years - 15 days (prorated in first calendar year)
  • After 5 years through 15 years - 20 days 
  • After 15 years - 25 days

Holidays

  • Annual company schedule plus floating holidays for personal and cultural significance.

Personal Wellness/Emergency Time

  • 7 days per calendar year of paid sick/personal wellness (prorated in the first calendar year)
 
 
 

DISABILITY & LIFE INSURANCE

Short-Term Disability

  • Coverage is provided at 60% of your weekly earnings to a weekly maximum. After two years of service, coverage will increase. 

Long-Term Disability

  • Coverage is provided at 50% to a maximum of $22,000 monthly once Short-Term Disability is exhausted. 

Life & AD&D Insurance

  • Automatic coverage equal to their annual salary. 

Supplemental Life & AD&D Insurance

  • Option to purchase additional coverage.

PARENTAL & FAMILY LEAVE

Maternity Leave

  • Eligible employees can receive up to 8 weeks off at approximately 100% pay.  

Parental Leave

  • Eligible employees can receive up to 4 weeks off at approximately 100% pay.
