DOD SKILLBRIDGE
NASCAR is a proud partner of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge program. This program is designed to connect transitioning service members with company openings. By participating in this program, they will build in-demand skills to help support their successful transition to a civilian career.
This program takes place during the service members’ last 6 months of military service. It enables them to receive full pay and benefits from the DOD, while gaining new skills and experience in the civilian workforce.

AMERICAN CORPORATE PARTNERS (ACP)
NASCAR has partnered with American Corporate Partners (ACP), a leading nonprofit dedicated to providing one-on-one career mentoring to transitioning service members.
Through this partnership, NASCAR employees serve as peer mentors for veterans that have joined the civilian workforce, lending their on-the-job expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, legal, strategy and other core business practices.
