ERGs provide NASCAR employees a space to connect, gather & support those with shared experiences. The goal of the ERGs is to foster a sense of belonging & create a network through career development, community engagement and business expansion. The ERGs also provide a forum to proactively address workplace culture and diversity, inclusion & equity initiatives.

The Belnavis Collective’s primary mission is to address cultural issues impacting the Black community within the motorsports industry. We achieve this by providing professional development programming and mentorship opportunities, encouraging the advancement and retention of Black employees, facilitating conversations about race within the workplace, and engaging in community outreach opportunities.

NASCAR Unidos celebrates the Hispanic/Latinx cultures and connects employees who share similar experiences by creating a network through community engagement and career development. NASCAR Unidos is committed to providing a forum that promotes and increases the representation of Hispanic/Latinx employees within the company through education.

PRIDE+ unites a network of LGBTQ+ employees and allies to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment, where individuals can feel safe sharing their full individuality without fear of discrimination or reprisal.

Women in NASCAR (WIN) aims to create a community for women and allies in our offices to foster dialogue and promote professional growth. The organization hosts multiple events each year, which allows opportunities for networking among all levels within the organization and giving back through charity events focused on empowering or assisting women and youth in the local community.
